Shipping
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. You will be notified once your order has shipped. If you selected a shipping option with tracking you will be notified via email once the tracking code is available.
If you choose Lettermail at checkout, please note that is our only delivery option that is not tracked and may not arrive at your apartment unit or parcel locker. Instead, it will be delivered to your standard mailbox—the same location where regular mail is received. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option if you require delivery confirmation or live in a building with restricted mail access.

Returns
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Lifetime Limited Warranty covers any item proven to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or breaks through no fault of the customer, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Any product that has been altered outside of approved service channels
Claims Process
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and details of the issue. Items may be subject to inspection before approval. Shipping costs will apply.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty service is contingent on current product availability and may be subject to discontinued models or equivalent replacements.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us are at the customers expense as we do not provide pre paid shipping labels. Please do not send us anything without first requesting a return with our team at support@alignballmarker.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to deny refunds and exchanges on items that appear heavily used or damaged. We do not return or exchange final sale, limited edition or clearance items.
